Client Onboarding Process


To initiate access, prospective clients are required to register and arrange a preliminary call with our team to define investment parameters and verify eligibility.


Basic overview information can be shared initially; however, access to the secure data room is granted only upon receipt of proof of financial capacity and, where appropriate, a Letter of Intent (LoI) or confirmation of legal representation — depending on the scale of the opportunity.


Offer Submission Protocol


Formal offers must:

  • Be presented on official company letterhead and duly signed
  • Specify the proposed purchase price, terms of sale, and completion timelines
  • Include proof of funds and confirmation of an agreed buyer’s fee

Upon acceptance, RPS will confirm exclusivity over the asset and coordinate next steps directly with the receiver or appointed representative.


Confidentiality and Compliance


To safeguard all parties, RPS provides a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Buyer’s Fee Agreement at the outset of the engagement.

This ensures complete confidentiality throughout the acquisition process and alignment with our partners’ contractual terms.


Strategic Search and Allocation


Once onboarding is complete, our team conducts a targeted asset search in line with the client’s specific investment brief — focusing exclusively on verified, high-value BMV opportunities sourced through our direct channels.
