As a result, we do not publicly disclose our active stock or portfolio holdings.
Instead, we engage directly with qualified clients, prioritising mandates that align with our acquisition criteria and those of our partners.

Client Onboarding Process
To initiate access, prospective clients are required to register and arrange a preliminary call with our team to define investment parameters and verify eligibility.
Basic overview information can be shared initially; however, access to the secure data room is granted only upon receipt of proof of financial capacity and, where appropriate, a Letter of Intent (LoI) or confirmation of legal representation — depending on the scale of the opportunity.
